Rory has been a part of the addiction and mental health industry for several years, with experience in intake/admissions, alumni, case management, interventions, and business development on a national scale. Rory is the co-founder of the LGBTQ+ Association for Addiction and Mental Health Professionals where their goal is to offer education to the treatment industry in hopes of no longer re-traumatizing LGBTQ+ clients in treatment settings through education, awareness, and professional development. 

Rory has become well-respected in our industry for his love of helping addicts/alcoholics, his level of professionalism, and his personal mission to help programs create true LGBTQ+ affirming care.
