With a career spanning over 25-years, Eloise Gene-Black has amassed extensive experience in the Alcoholism/Drug Dependency treatment field and is nationally recognized for her knowledge, expertise, passion, and unwavering commitment to assisting those in need of treatment. Eloise began her career at the Betty Ford Center where she worked in a variety of patient-centered roles, ultimately emerging as the consummate business development representative, whereby she assisted in furthering the mission and vision of Mrs. Ford.

Following her tenure at BFC, Eloise joined her friend and mentor, Mike Neatherton, at Northbound Treatment Services and helped position Northbound as the premier treatment facility for young adults. After a brief sabbatical, Eloise reunited with Mike at SolutionPoint Behavioral Health, as the Director of Business Development responsible for brand development, telling the SolutionPoint story, and positioning SolutionPoint as the program of choice for clients in need of detoxification, stabilization, and clinical diagnostic evaluation services.
